Officers are urging any ramblers or anyone else visiting the Ashover and Matlock areas over the weekend to contact them if they see anyone resembling Stephen.

He is described as white, 6ft 3in tall and of a medium build. He has short brown hair worn spiky on top, a goatee beard, a pale complexion and green eyes. He is thought to be wearing blue jeans and a navy waterproof coat.

He was driving a white Peugeot Expert panel van, which has the words Right Fix on the side in red on a black background.

Anyone who has seen Stephen or his van or anyone who knows his whereabouts should ring Staffordshire police on 101, quoting incident number six of November 1.
