Hollyoaks star Kieron Richardson ties the knot in Buxton

The actor, who plays Ste Hay in the Channel 4 show, married partner Carl Hyland at the Devonshire Dome in front of friends, family and dozens of Hollyoaks stars.

The happy couple had 12 bridesmaids - each wearing a different wedding dress - including Hollyoaks co-stars Jorgie Porter (Theresa), Jennifer Metcalfe (Mercedes), Stephanie Davis (Sinead) and Gemma Merna (Carmel) as well as Inbetweeners star Emily Atack.

The 29-year-old had previously told newspapers his wedding was going to be a lavish affair and he wasn’t wrong as locals gathered outside the Dome to catch a glimpse of some of the famous faces descending on Buxton.

The evening reception was said to have included a catwalk show and a performance by The Drifters.

Among those attending the wedding were Hollyoaks co-stars Fabrizio Santini (Ziggy), Anna Passey (Sienna) and Stephanie Waring (Cindy).

Many of the guests stayed locally providing a boost for the Buxton economy.
