A rare bird from Asia has been spotted in the Peak District.
Hundreds of birdwatchers have today descended upon Dukes Barn activity centre in Beeley to try and catch a glimpse of the Dusky thrush.
Centre manager Colin Higginson said: "It's in an orchard and it’s attracting so much attention.
"I’ve never seen anything like it!"
Experts say the bird was blown to Britain by strong winds.
The Duskey thrush breeds in central Siberia.
