Image released of two women as police investigate bag theft in Derbyshire

Police have released an image of two women officers want to speak to about a theft in Matlock.

A member of staff working at the Vintage Rooms, in Dale Road, left her handbag unattended while she helped a customer.

During this time, her handbag, which contained, cash, was stolen.

This image shows two women who were in the area at the time, who may be able to help us with our inquiries.

The theft happened between 2.30pm and 2.45pm on Friday, July 21.
