Caley Elizabeth Bown, 42, of Crown Street, Clowne. Pleaded guilty to two counts of assault by beating. Must pay a £115 victim surcharge. Convicted of an offence while a community order was in force for failing to ensure a school attendance. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offence of failing to ensure a school attendance. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months with a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and 50 hours of unpaid work.
