Robert Allsop, 34, of Churchill Avenue, Middleton-by-Wirksworth, Matlock. Pleaded guilty to assault. Community order to last until June 2, 2017, with a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and 80 hours of unpaid work. Must pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Jake Paxton, 20, of Grandfield Street, Loscoe, Heanor. Pleaded guilty to assault. Fined £230. Must pay £100 compensation and a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Pleaded guilty to a second assault. Fined £230 and must pay £100 compensation.

Ivan John Edwards, 38, of Leamoor Avenue, Somercotes, Alfreton. Pleaded guilty to stealing batteries. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for one year with a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement. Must pay £39.92 compensation and a £115 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Jessica Beth Hodgkinson, 32, of New Bolsover, Bolsover. Admits failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order. No adjudication.
