Joseph Robert Cano, 37, of Parks Avenue, South Wingfield, Alfreton. Indicated a guilty plea to possessing a quantity of cannabis resin, a controlled drug of class B. Fined £80 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Michael Nicholas Murphy, 31, of Sycamore Avenue, Chesterfield. Indicated a guilty plea to committing fraud in that he dishonestly made a false representation by logging onto four Gaming websites in his father’s name using his bank account details intending to cause loss or expose that person to loss. Community order and must comply with a curfew for eight weeks with electronic monitoring between the hours of 9pm and 9am with a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement up to a maximum of 13 days and to comply with instructions of an officer. Must pay £2,686 compensation and pay £85 costs. No victim surcharge due to compensation awarded.

Shane Anthony Smith, 31, of Compton Street, Holmewood, Chesterfield. Admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements imposed following release from a imprisonment in that he failed to abide by conditions of licence and report to the relevant officer within a specified time. Fined £40. Pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to custody. Fined £40.

Lewis Darren James, 22, of Peartree Avenue, Ripley. Pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour. Fined £80 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Thomas Blade Ryan, 21, of Stonelow Green, Dronfield. Pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour. Community order to last until March 29, 2017, with a curfew for 12 weeks with electronic monitoring and a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Admitted committing a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for 12 months for an offence of possessing a class B drug. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offence which was subject to a conditional discharge of possessing 7.2grammes of mephedrone.

Dealt with for further original offences which were subject to the community order of two counts of assaulting a constable in the execution of their duty. Indicated a guilty plea to contacting someone between January 15, 2016 and March 27, 2016, and going to an address which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order imposed om May 20, 2015. Committed to prison for eight weeks. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge. No costs ordered due to custodial sentence.

Matthew James Robinson, 22, of Thorntree Court, Grangewood, Chesterfield. Admitted failing to comply with a community order in that he failed to perform work as directed or provide proof of absence within a specified time. Order to continue with new and varied requirements including carrying out 130 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months with 20 hours added to mark the breach.

Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle namely a VW Golf on Nottingham Road while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence. Pleaded guilty to using a vehicle on Nottingham Road when there was not in force in relation to that use such a policy of insurance or such a security in respect of third party risks as complied with the Road Traffic Act 1988. No separate penalty. Indicated a guilty plea to driving a vehicle dangerously on Nottingham Road and Birchwood Lane, Somercotes. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for three years. Conviction of an offence while a community order was still in force for an offence of driving while disqualified. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offence which was subject to the community order of driving while disqualified. Committed to prison for six months suspended for 18 months with 180 hours of unpaid work.
