Raymond Allen, 67, of Poolsbrook Road, Duckmanton, Chesterfield. Indicated a guilty plea to making a false statement by informing insurers he held a full driving licence. Fined £200. Must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Pleaded guilty to using a vehicle without insurance. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed with eight points. Pleaded guilty to failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver alleged to have been guilty of an offence. No separate penalty.

Master Ashley Craig Dixon, 23, of Ash Crescent, Ripley. Pleaded guilty to taking a vehicle without the consent of the owner and owing to the driving an accident occurred and damage was caused. Alan Christopher Siddall, 44, of Glumangate, Chesterfield. Admits failing to comply with a community order by failing to report to the relevant officer. Fined £80.

Shaun Adrian Svilts, 46, of Sheffield Road, Chesterfield. Admits failing to comply with the requirement of a suspended sentence order by failing to report to a relevant officer on or after January 14. Order to continue for a term of 16 weeks suspended for 24 months with a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and a Drug Rehabilitation Activity Requirement. Also admits breaching a community order on or after November 11, 2015, by failing to report to a relevant officer. Fined £80.

Lesley Booker, 30, of Wateringbury Close, Staveley. Proved in absence that they were the owner of a dog which was dangerously out of control and injured someone. Unless the dog is kept under control on a lead and with a muzzle in public it must be destroyed. Fined £180 and must pay £100 compensation and £300 costs.

Charlotte Dixon, 31, of Yarncliffe Close, Chesterfield. Indicated a guilty plea to being in charge of a dog which was dangerously out of control and injured someone. Unless the dog is kept under control by being muzzled and on a lead in public and is under the control of someone not aged under 16 it must be destroyed. Fined £180 and must pay £100 compensation and a £20 victim surcharge. Must also pay £85 costs.

Baden Richard Edgson, 45, of Cavendish Road, Matlock. Pleaded guilty to harassment while prohibited from doing so by a non-molestation order. Pleaded guilty to stalking.
