Martin Christopher Fantom, 32, of Meadow View, Holmewood, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to exceeding the alcohol drink-drive limit. Fined £250 and must pay a £25 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 14 months.

No adjudication - dealt with for original offence. Pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to custody. Dealt with for the original offences relating to the conditional discharge of possessing 0.3grammes of cannabis resin, stealing two bottles of whiskey and failing to surrender to custody. Committed to prison for seven weeks suspended for 12 months.
