Scott Fraser, 44, of Park Street, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to stealing a DVD. Pleaded guilty to stealing toys and confectionary. Pleaded guilty to stealing DVDs and bedding. Community order to last until November 26, 2016, with 60 hours of unpaid work. Must pay £12.99 and £54.90 in compensation, a £60 victim surcharge and £105 costs and a £150 courts charge.

Darren Michael Richardson, 34, of Oakamoor Close, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to stealing a bottle of wine valued at £7.19 belonging to the Co-op. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Must pay £7.90 compensation, a £15 victim surcharge and a £150 courts charge.

David Gary Mills, 33, of No Fixed Abode. Indicated a guilty plea to stealing alcohol valued at £200 belonging to Asda. Must pay £6 compensation and £85 costs and a £150 courts charge. Pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to custody. No separate penalty. Conviction of an offence while subject to a community order for the offences of two thefts and failing to surrender to bail. No adjudication. Glynn Smith, 44, of No Fixed Abode. Pleaded guilty to four counts of stealing assorted clothing belonging to Asda. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs and a £180 courts charge. Commission of a further offence during a suspended sentence order. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offence which was subject to the suspended sentence of stealing bedding. Committed to prison for 32 weeks.

Pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle when the registration mark on the rear of the vehicle failed to comply with the Road Vehicles Regulations in that the font size was too small. Discharged conditionally for six months and must pay a £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Sheila Patricia Reuss, 73, of Starkholmes Road, Starkholmes, Matlock. Pleaded guilty to being the driver of a vehicle owing to the presence of which an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to another vehicle.
