Andrea Patricia Healey,42, of Tavistock Court, Arundel Close, Chesterfield. Indicated a guilty plea to stealing grocery items valued at £377.40 belonging to Tesco. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Must pay a £15 victim surcharge and a £180 courts charge.

Alun James McDonald, 44, of Chesterfield Road, Alfreton. Pleaded guilty to stealing two electric shavers valued at £39.98 belonging to Boyes Discount Store, at Eastwood. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs and an £80 courts charge. Pleaded guilty to stealing cigarettes and mobile phones. Admitted the commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for two thefts. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offences which were subject to the conditional discharge of two thefts. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months.

Andrew McCreadie, 37, of Didcot Close, Grangewood, Chesterfield. Indicated a guilty plea to stealing a bottle of perfume valued at £59 belonging to Debenhams, in Chesterfield. Discharged conditionally for 18 months and must pay £59 compensation and a £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs and a £150 courts charge.

Lynne Henchliffe, 52, of Brookhill Avenue, Pinxton. Pleaded guilty to stealing numerous items valued at £27.65 belonging to B&M Bargains. Robert Russell, 67, of Orchard View, Bolsover. Found guilty of stealing a stamp collection. Community order to last until November 11, 2016, with a curfew for three months with electronic monitoring and 140 hours of unpaid work. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £620 costs.

Teresa Spencer, 38, of Fairholmes, Matlock. Pleaded guilty to stealing four cans of cider valued at £3.50 belonging to the Co-op. Must pay £3.50 compensation, £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs and a £150 courts charge. Pleaded guilty to stealing confectionary belonging to Matlock Green garage. Must pay £5 compensation. Committed to prison for eight weeks.
