Karl John Hands, 26, of Wood End Road, Heanor. Indicated a guilty plea to five counts of contacting someone when he was prohibited from doing so by a restraining order. Committed to prison for 26 weeks suspended for 18 months with an eight-week curfew and a Building Better Relationships programme with a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement. Restraining order to last until September 10, 2020. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs and a £180 court charge. Conviction of an offence while a community order for an offence of sending offensive messages was in force. Community order revoked by court.
