Phillip Cook Jackson, 57, of Spinner Croft, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to exceeding the alcohol drink-drive limit. Fined £438 and must pay a £43 victim surcharge and £85 costs and a £150 court charge. Disqualified from driving for three years.

Ann Lorraine Comley, 51, of Dale Road North, Darley Dale, Matlock. Pleaded guilty to two counts of exceeding the alcohol drink-drive limit. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months with a rehabilitation activity requirement. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 court charge. Disqualified from driving for 48 months.
