Stephanie Marriot, 30, of South Street, South Normanton, Alfreton. Pleaded guilty to assault. Fined £73 and must pay £50 compensation and a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Gary Troke, 25, of Middlecroft Road, Staveley. Pleaded guilty to two counts of assault. Community order to last until May 25, 2016, with a curfew and supervision. Restraining order to last until May 25, 2017. Must pay £100 and £150 compensation, a £60 victim surcharge and £620 costs.

Glyn Franklin Warriner, 46, of Linden Grove, Shirebrook. Pleaded guilty to assault and harassment. Community order to last until November 26, 2015, with a Building Better Relationships programme and supervision. Restraining order to last until May 26, 2020. Fined £150 and must pay £200 compensation and a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Theft

Stuart Donald Stevenson, 24, of Lancaster Road, Newbold, Chesterfield. Indicated a guilty plea to stealing a bottle of cider. Indicated a guilty plea to stealing three bottles of wine valued at £10 belonging to Premier Express. Discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay £2.99 and £10 compensation and a £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Matthew Cavendish Silcock, 39, of St Augustine’s Crescent, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to stealing three boxes of aftershave valued at £227 belonging to Debenhams. Community order to last until May 21, 2016, with a curfew for two months and a Thinking Skills programme. Must pay £73.50 compensation and a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for 12 months for an offence of theft. No action taken on the breach.

Dean Michael Evans, 36, of Sterland Street, Brampton, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to stealing a bottle of wine and a bottle of cider valued at £12 belonging to the Co-op. Pleaded guilty to damaging the rear seat of a police vehicle. Pleaded guilty to assaulting a police constable. Committed to prison for four weeks suspended for 12 months with an alcohol treatment requirement and a rehabilitation activity requirement. Must pay £12 compensation and £50 compensation, an £80 victim surcharge and a court charge of £150. Pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour. No separate penalty.
