Noel Hartley, 57, of Lakeside Close, New Whittington, Chesterfield. Found guilty of failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £481 and must pay a £48 victim surcharge and £300 costs. Disqualified from driving for six months.

Anthony James Moore, 35, of Brooklyn Drive, Brockwell, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to exceeding the alcohol drink-drive limit. Fined £350 and must pay a £35 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for five years.

David Ian Jones, 51, of Greenbank Drive, Chesterfield. Found guilty of failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £150 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £150 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points. Committed to prison for seven days in default of payment of £320 because it is felt that it would be unlikely he would remain at an address in the UK long enough to make other methods of enforcement.

Martin Joseph Neil, 40, of Pear Tree Drive, Shirebrook. Pleaded guilty to stealing a bottle of vodka valued at £13 belonging to a Co-op Store. Fined £80 and must pay a £13 compensation and £85 costs. Pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to custody. No separate penalty.

Craig Anthony Dixon, 30, of Thorntree Court, Chesterfield. Admits failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order. Dealt with for the original offences which were subject to the suspended sentence including stealing two gift vouchers and stealing a further gift voucher. Suspended sentence of 12 weeks custody suspended for 24 months implemented and activated.

Jack Thomas Singleton, 20, of James Street, Newbold, Chesterfield. Admits failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offences which were subject to the suspended sentence order including entering a flat as a trespasser and stealing Nike Air Max trainers valued at £115, an assault, sending an electronic communication which conveyed a threat and damaging a door.
