LETTER: A-Line Taxis to the rescue
On Thursday September 21, the staff of A-Line taxis were there when I needed them (as they have been on a number of other occasions) and helped me out of a problem.
It was important that I got to work very early that morning. I went into the town centre to wait for the number 43 Stagecoach bus. It did not turn up — this was the third time in the previous nine days that I had waited for a Stagecoach 43 bus that did not show. As usual the A-Line taxis team came to my rescue and were brilliant. They got me a taxi very quickly at such short notice, they were friendly and helpful and, for what they do, they were inexpensive. Unlike the £13.50 that I am forced to hand over each week to the huge Stock-Exchange listed Stagecoach organisation. I feel that every penny I give to the local, small company that is A-Line is money well spent.
Thank you very much once again all at A-Line taxis.
