A SERIES of meetings have been arranged by the district council over where 4,400 new homes should be built in the Derbyshire Dales.
After numerous consultation events in the summer, it is now time for people’s feedback to be considered by the council.
A full council meeting will ultimately decide on the revised local plan, but first a series of meetings will take place to consider the housing requirement, site allocations and settlement framework boundaries.
A district council spokesman said: “The preparation of the Derbyshire Dales Local Plan is a democratic process and the views of residents continue to be taken into account.”
The full list of scheduled meetings – and the deadline for applying to take part – is available online at www.derbyshiredales.gov.uk/lpac or by calling 01629 761301.
