MATLOCK: Men arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after Matlock stabbing

The men, aged 18 and 20, were arrested in Darley Dale today on suspicion of attempted murder.

They remain in custody and are being questioned by officers.

A 28-year-old man was stabbed in the abdomen near Hall Leys Park, in Causeway Lane, just before 6pm on Saturday.

He was taken to hospital and later released.
