Matlock Mercury Salon of the Year winner revealed
The votes have been counted and the winner of the Matlock Mercury Salon of the Year contest has been chosen – and it’s Pepper’s Hair Studio, in Wilmot Street, Matlock.
Owner Sharon Pepper, of Old Tupton, started the business five years ago after leaving a career in fashion and hasn’t looked back since.
She said: “I work on my own so I didn’t expect to win at all.
“There isn’t anything I don’t like about my job. Every person is different.”
