Paul Foulkes, who has personal experience of the effects and consequences of Prostate Cancer, thanked the club on behalf of Prostate Cancer UK. He then gave an interesting talk about the work of the charity and its three key objectives - the support of individuals, the funding of research and efforts to increase awareness and ensure that men consult their doctor as soon as they have a concern.

President Jonathan commented on the fact that one in eight males contract prostate cancer. He thanked Paul for telling club about his own experiences in both an informative and entertaining and on occasions, a very moving way.
