An attraction is taking visitors back to the 1940s this weekend.
Crich Tramway Village will host its 1940s Weekend this Saturday and Sunday.
The village will be reliving the period, complete with military and civilian re–enactors, air–raid warnings and the sound of low flying aircraft – even Mr Churchill will be paying a visit to boost morale.
Plus, if visitors dress up in 1940’s clothes admission is only £8.
Ordinary admission for the event is £13 for an adult, £10.50 for a senior, £8 for a child (aged four to 15) and £39 for a family of up to two adults and three children.
