New head chef at retirement village
A retirement village has welcomed a new head chef to its staff.
Ray Moody has taken on the top job in the kitchen of the Orangery restaurant at Audley St Elphin’s Park in Darley Dale.
He joins the team having spent the last few years at The Shoulder at Hardstoft Country Inn and Santos Higham Farm Hotel. Ray has introduced an new menu.
