IMPROVEMENTS are being made to Matlock Library which will be re-opened on April 10.
The building on Steep Turnpike closed last week so a new self-service terminal could be installed, along with a new counter. The terminals have already been installed at Bakewell and Wirksworth.
Derbyshire County Council leader and cabinet member for culture, Cllr Andrew Lewer said: “I am pleased we have been able to invest in our libraries which will benefit our users.
“I hope people will come and see what is new.”
