Chesterfield magistrates’ court heard on Friday, August 1, how Lee Greenall, 38, of Laurel Avenue, Arkwright Town, Chesterfield, twice breached the order by entering an exclusion zone.

Ian Shaw, prosecuting, said: “The restraining order has been imposed to offer protection and to provide an exclusion area to keep Greenall away.”

The court heard how the woman has experienced difficulties with Greenall but she spotted the defendant in the exclusion zone on June 26 and on July 6.

He added that she is concerned about Greenall’s disregard for the order and she is concerned about her safety.

Bob Bashforth, defending, offered no mitigation at this stage.

Magistrates adjourned the case until August 13 for sentencing.
