PCSO Anthony Boswell from the local policing team said: “We’re delighted to be able to support the local community and offer these items for a worthy charity event.

“The equipment will allow people to boost their home security in a bid to deter thieves from targeting them.”

Richard said: “I am organising the event to raise much-needed funds for Weston Park Hospital in Sheffield, after someone I know was diagnosed with bowel cancer earlier this year.

“The work the nurses do to support people with cancer is amazing, and I want to raise around £500 to say thank you to the team.
