Harness racing is a family orientated sport and often features three generations of one family taking part in some form – whether it is owning, training or driving.

Most of the top trainers and drivers attend the Pikehall races and there are usually 15 bookmakers in attendance.

There will also be children’s entertainment, caterers and a licenced bar.

Following the racing the entertainment will continue as well–known female vocalist Vicky Lambert will be singing in the marquee.
