Police appeal after Derbyshire break-ins

Police are appealing for information following two break-ins and an attempted burglary.

Sometime between 5pm last Thursday and 8am the following day, offenders forced open the window of a unit at the High Peak Garden Centre, in Hope Road, Bamford. They stole two cash tins and a float tin.

On the same night, offenders broke into another unit on the High Peak Garden Centre premises. It is not yet known exactly what was stolen.

Sometime between 6.15pm last Thursday and 5am the following day, offenders attempted to gain entry to the Outdoor Centre, in Main Road, Hathersage.

Offenders smashed the glass on the door of the premises and caused damage to the metal shutter – but no entry was gained.
