Police ‘increasingly concerned’ for missing man who may be in Chesterfield

Scott Longland, 27, was reported missing on Thursday.

A Derbyshire Constabulary spokesperson said on Saturday: “We now know that Scott visited two shops in Brampton between 11.20am and 12.10pm on Thursday – the European Store in West Bars and the Go Local store in Old Hall Road.

“He was then seen heading off towards Morrisons in Bobbin Mill Lane.

“We believe that Scott may still be in the Brampton area and would urge anyone who may have seen him to contact us.”

Mr Longland was wearing a white t-shirt, blue shorts and white trainers.

He is known to have links to the Sandiacre area.

Anyone who has seen Mr Longland or who knows where he may be should call Derbyshire Constabulary on 101, quoting reference number 362 of May 28.
