“Vitality mix contains almonds, brazil nuts and pistachio nuts - as well as gojii berries, blueberries and pumpkin seeds - which are not declared as ingredients on the box.

“Any customers who have an allergy to almonds, brazil nuts or pistachio nuts should not consume this product but return it to Waitrose for a full refund.”

All the products affected have a best before date of January 5, 2017. No other Waitrose products are known to be affected.

Nut allergies are potentially lethal.
