Purse stolen
Police are warning shoppers to be on their guard when out and about after a woman reported her purse stolen in Matlock.
The theft ocurred in Sainsburies, in Cawdor Way, on Tuesday, December 18, at 10.15am.
The purse was in the woman’s bag, which she had left in her trolley.
It contained a small quantity of cash, as well as her bank cards.
Derbyshire Police is reminding residents not to leave possessions unattended.
