Pushchair thief strikes in Wirksworth

The chair – a blue Kiddicare design – was placed on the drive of a house in King Edward Street along with the parcel shelf from the owner’s Vauxhall Zafira.

When the victim returned to the driveway a short time later, both the pushchair and the parcel shelf had been stolen.

The offence took place on the morning of Friday, July 12.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of the shelf or pushchair, or who might know someone selling a Kiddicare model, is being urged to call police on 101.
