Resurfacing will cause delays in Cromford

Motorists have been warned to expect delays as work is carried out at a busy junction.

Work to resurface the junction of the A6 and the A5012 at Cromford is to start on Tuesday, March 18 – carried out by Derbyshire County Council.

The resurfacing will take place between 8am and 4pm every day until Friday, March 21.

Traffic will only be able to travel in one direction around the work taking place, which could cause delays.

At the same time Mill Lane, in Cromford, will be closed for 30 metres from the junction of the A6, which means that traffic will not be able to drive through Starkholmes to get to Cromford.
