A distraught man whose backpack may have been stolen at the Eroica festival is appealing for help to find the bag, which he said has his “entire life inside”.

Booker Woodford, 30, from Trowbridge in Wiltshire was working at the Eroica festival in Bakewell last weekend when his bag disappeared, containing his laptop which he said was filled with years of work that he desperately wants back.

The writer, who works for a media production company, had years worth of screenplays, albums of song lyrics and reams of spoken word poetry which he has accrued since he was 24.

Booker added: “I was visiting friends and working at the festival on the Seven Mile food stand when I Iost it, someone obviously picked it up.

“That laptop is the single most important thing I own, it’s not the computer itself, but what’s on there. Mr entire life was on it - so many pieces of work that cant be reproduced and weren’t backed-up.”

The bag is a brown leather backpack containing an Apple Macbook Pro with a green protective case.

Booker, who is also training to be a counsellor and lost all his coursework in the bag, is offering a maximum reward of £500 for their return.
