Spate of fuel thefts from a Derbyshire lorry park

Four thefts of fuel from a lorry park in Middleton has sparked a police appeal for information.

Officers are seeking information after thieves stole a large quantity of fuel from the lorry park between 7pm on Sunday, May 8 and early hours this morning (Monday, May 9),

Officers said: "Overnight, thieves entered Sandy Hill Lorry Park in Middleton and stole a large quantity of fuel from a number of vehicles on site.

"Anyone with any information about the thefts is asked to contact PCSO Sue Lester on 101, quoting crime number 20062/16, or by sending her a message online using the Contact Us section of our website:"
