SPOOKY ghouls, ghosts and goblins scrubbed up well to give car owners the fright of their lives at the weekend.
Staff at Express Hand Car Wash on Matlock’s Bakewell Road donned masks, face paint and plenty of fake blood on Saturday to help get into the Hallowe’en spirit.
Among them was Count Dracula, Frankenstein and even The Joker from Batman.
Brett Wilson, manager of the Bakewell Road business, said: “There were nine of us doing it in total and it’s probably something we will now do every year because we really enjoyed it.
“It was just something for the kids, we got some buckets of sweets and plastic lanterns.
“The people loved it, a lot were laughing and we got lots of peeps from cars going past, it was just a bit of fun and a great atmosphere.”
