A TWINKLING touch of Disney came to Matlock at the weekend, but it was not a Mickey Mouse event.
Staff at Treetops Nursery at Lilybank House donned costumes of the animated characters on Saturday as part of an open day.
They included people from The Incredibles film, Beauty and the Beast, Snow White and Toy Story, while Father Christmas also dropped by.
But while there was plenty of fun to be had, the nursery were keen to spread the word about Government-funded sessions available to children over the age of three.
Sarah Knowles, deputy manager, said: “It was really good, the children came dressed up as well and had fun.
“But there are people who don’t know they can get 15 hours free from the Government for over threes, and we wanted to make that clear during the day.”
