Two VIP tickets for the X Factor Live Tour 2012 are up for grabs in an auction to raise funds for a community centre in a Derbyshire Dales town.

Money raised from the auction will go to the Medway Centre, Bakewell, which is embarking on a major fundraising drive to finance the renovation of the kitchen, improvements to energy efficiency and replacing essential equipment, such as chairs and tables.

The X Factor Live tickets are valid for The Capital FM Arena, Nottingham, on Wednesday, February 29, where the winner will meet the finalists in the hit TV show.

The nominated winner must be over 18 and must attend the performance, bring photo identification with them and any other guest must be over 12 years of age. The tickets are not transferable and the winner and guest will need to be make their own way to and from the venue.
