Students’ gift aids people in crisis

Big-hearted pupils and school staff have helped to feed those in need.
Eckington School has donated nearly 40 boxes to the New Hope Food Bank.
Students Faith Davies, Noah Jenkinson, Harrison Windle, Hollie Sampson, Josh Skelland, Grace Wood, Jessica Hall, Charlotte Harrison and Jamie Littlewood, accompanied by members of staff Mrs Sandford and Mrs Towndrow, visited the food bank. They spent the morning making up the food parcels to be delivered to people in need in the community.
New Hope Food Bank provide emergency food to individuals and families who are in short term crisis and is a mission of New Hope Community Church.
