A capable canine helped officers to sniff out drugs as part of a police operation spanning three towns.
On Saturday, June 15, officers visited licensed premises in Buxton, Chapel–en–le–Frith and Whaley Bridge.
Ten people were searched as a result and out of that number one person received a warning and one person was street bailed for possession of drugs.
Inspector Colin Ingley of Buxton police, said: “We give our thanks to the licensees for their cooperation.
“It sends a strong message out that drugs will not be tolerated and that enforcement tactics will continue.”
