Toddling tots took a walk on the wild side to raise money for vulnerable children.
Twenty youngsters from Cromford Toddler Group took part in the The Big Toddle – the UK’s biggest charity event for under fives – to raise funds for Barnardo’s.
This year’s event had an animal theme and children came dressed in an array of exotic and colourful costumes including rabbits, zebras, monkeys and insects.
Tots walked, or crawled, round the gardens of Alison House, on Monday, June 20, then enjoyed a picnic.
Sally Wright who help organise the event, said: “Everyone enjoyed themselves and it was a really beautiful day for it.
“We had a picnic afterwards and relaxed and celebrated their achievements and all the children got a medal.”
The event raised £200 for the charity.
