Trailer of batteries catches fire at Darley Bridge
A trailer of batteries being towed by an articulated lorry caught alight in the middle of the night.
A crew from Matlock Fire Station was called to the incident on the B5057 Darley Bridge at 1.25am this morning (Saturday, November 29).
Two hose reel jets were used and a water relay took place to extinguish the blaze, which was out by 2.54am.
