A6 closed between Matlock and Darley Dale after three vehicle collision

Police, fire and the ambulance service are at the scene, which is just outside Whitworth Hospital.

The police say road is blocked and is likely to remain so for some time.

There will be significant delays to traffic and motorists are advised to avoid the area, plan for delays and find alternative routes.

It is not known at this time if any injuries are reported.
