The weather failed to put a dampener on another celebration of great food and drink, the Tideswell Food Festival, which took place on Saturday.

Visitors were treated to the usual mix of stalls offering artisan food and drink, plus the added bonus of live entertainment.

A spokesperson for the organisers thanked everyone who had supported the event, adding: “A great festival, even if the weather was not completely kind to us. Looking forward to next year!”
