The Bishop of Derby, the Right Reverend Dr Alastair Redfern, was guest of honour at St James’ Primary School in Glossop this week.

He blessed and opened the school’s new key stage one building on Tuesday.

Earlier today (Friday), an open day was held at the school as part of its centenary celebrations, when old photos and other memorabilia were on display.
