VIDEO: Wirksworth homes flooded

Firefighters came to the rescue of residents whose homes were flooded in torrential rain last night (Thursday).

Crews attended Wash Green, in Wirksworth, at 4.55pm after reports of flooding in several properties.

The crews pumped water out of homes and assisted in cleaning up.
