Visitors to Matlock Bath theme park donate to food banks
Struggling families are set to be bolstered after customers visiting a children’s theme park got together to contribute a healthy donation to food banks.
Gulliver’s Kingdom, in Matlock Bath, collected food donations from visitors in exchange for discounted admission.
Over the company’s three parks more than five tonnes of foodstuffs were collected, which has been donated to the Trussell Trust, a national food bank charity.
