Derbyshire, Leicestershire & Rutland Air Ambulance (DLRAA) were called out to an incident at Stanley Common, Derbyshire on Wednesday 23rd October.
A 50-year old female had sustained chest injuries after falling approximately 15 feet from an upstairs window onto a concrete drive.
DLRAA were called to the incident at 14:38 and landed at the scene of the incident six minutes later.
On arrival, a doctor from DLRAA administered pain relief and immobilised the patient before handing her to East Midlands Ambulance Service who transferred her to Queen’s Medical Centre in Nottingham.
