In a majestic innings Kershaw hit 16 boundaries to guide Matlock to 151 all out.
And the club’s bowlers backed him up with Steve Haslam taking 5-11 to rip the heart out of the middle of the Clowne reply.
James Hirst and Stuart Poll picked up a wicket each to end the Clowne innings on 108 and seal the win.
