FA CUP: Alfreton Town v Lincoln City preview
Reds manager Nicky Law will require late fitness checks on striker Paul Clayton and midfield man Nathan Hicks who has returned to training after a lengthy lay-off with a shoulder injury.
Chris Smith is still a doubt through lack of match fitness but latest loan signing, goalkeeper James Severn from Scunthorpe United, is added to the squad and could be handed a cup debut.

City will have to make at least one change as they have had to recall goalkeeper Paul Farman from a loan spell at Boston United for the tie after managerless Birmingham City withdrew permission for on-loan keeper Nick Townsend to play in the FA Cup. Townsend is on a season-long loan from the Blues.
The Imps are unbeaten in three games going into the tie, their latest outing being last Saturday when they drew 1-1 with Wrexham at Sincil Bank.
As well as a place in Monday’s draw for the first round proper of the competition, there is valuable prize money of £12,500 available to the winners of the tie.
