A project which aims to get girls fit and active through football will be coming to Matlock next momth.
The Football 4 Girls (F4G) project, which is ran by the Derbyshire County FA, will meet at Arc Leisure Matlock on Monday 9th February between 1-3pm.
The new session is perfect for girls aged 8-14 year-old, whether they have played football before or want to try it for the first time.
It will be fun filled with plenty of activities suitable for a variety of skill ranges.
Participants will need to come to Football 4 Girls with clothing that allows them to take part in sport – shin pads, tracksuit, T shirt and plenty of non-fizzy drinks!
Sessions take place indoors in the sports hall and trainers or school PE footwear will be suitable.
